There are the following steps to add your domain as a property in google. First, you need to type google webmaster in the browser and open the google search console tool.

Now open the google search console tools and continue the further process.

Click on the start now button for the next step. Now a welcome page will open on the browser as shown below.

Here you have to enter the website URL of your root domains or under the specified address. First, you have to copy the address of your website as you can see below;

After pasting the URL you have to press the continue button and a verify ownership page will open.

Here you would be given five different ways to verify your website. To verify you have to select the HTML tag.

You will now come to Google webmaster and press on verify button and a green box with text will pop up on your screen.

This shows you that your ownership is auto verified. Now press the GO TO PROPERTY button.

You can see in Google Search Console that your website is added to the property of Google. Now if you want to see if your property is indexed or not. For this, first, you need to know about crawling and indexing. Crawling is the step to find the updated web pages and web pages that are still not added to Google. Indexing allows you to check your web pages and boost your site or add your site to Google search. Crawling and Indexing are different but interlinked as we can say crawling is the step-through through which indexing is done.

So, just go to the URL inspection option. When you click on this option, Inspect any URL on your website that will pop up on your screen. Now copy the URL of the page you want to inspect then paste it here in the inspect section and press enter.

After inspection, it will show you whether your URL is available in search or not. If not, request indexing. A box of indexing requests will appear on your page. Now read the info and press GOT IT.

It would just take almost 24 to 48 hours and you can see your website and your web pages in Google searches as you can see in the picture.
